What we collect

When you send the form or call, we collect your name, phone number, email address, the address of the home and what you tell us about your water. If you text photos, we keep them with the job.

How we use it

We use it to schedule and carry out the test visit, to send you the report and the written proposal, and to keep a record of the readings and the system at your address. We do not sell your information.

Who sees it

Our office and the technician assigned to your visit. A laboratory sees the sample details if you ask us to send one. We share information with others only where the law requires it or you ask us to.

Your choices

Ask us to correct or delete your information by calling (239) 555-0100 or writing to service@delvawaterquality.com. We keep records of completed work for as long as the law or our insurance requires.
