What to expect on the day
Do I need to be home?
Yes. An adult needs to let us in and walk the house with us. It is a short visit.
What should I have ready?
Where the main shutoff is, the cabinet under the kitchen sink cleared, and anything you already have installed or have used before.
Will you try to sell me a system at the door?
No. You get the report the same day and the options in writing afterwards. You decide in your own time.
